I help followers of Christ navigate the journey of untangling how we’ve been formed by the world, in order to discover the truth of who we really are and what we were made for.

 

As a seasoned counselor and spiritual director, I’ve seen firsthand how hard it is for us to become humbly self-aware. 

 

It takes intentionality. And grit. Healthy community and daily practices.  Ultimately, submission and a willingness to listen to the Holy Spirit within us. This is the work we do on this side of heaven.

 

Abundant life is waiting on the other side. 

 

As we are transformed to the image of Christ, we bring the kingdom of God to the here and now. Not fully. Not perfectly. But abundantly.

 

Jesus said He came to give us life - life like we haven't experienced. The life that is truly life. 

 

Life according to His Spirit rather than dictated by our flesh. We decrease and He increases. But we are more alive than ever before.

Let’s do surgery in places where we have put bandaids. We get to choose if we settle for the status quo or do the work to cooperate with the Spirit and be made new.
